Twonky Server v8.2.1 and higher no longer contain the Twonky Thumbnail Utility (TTU) tool and does not support extracting thumbnails from video content. As I understand that Microsoft dropped SMB1 etc. The Twonky Server Interface and Settings are not supported by WD Technical Support. I do not understand what this means or how to do it. And you’ll not be able to use the OEM License of Western Digital, so you would need to purchase a License Key from Lynx Tech.
